We are really just a bunch of guys and
girls getting together to play some paintball. We don't
spend money to drive to fields and pay
there prices. We play numerous types of games and
usually can get about 12 to 20 different
players together every other weekend.
Cumberland County Club for Paintball is located on Route 49 just
east of Millville, NJ.
We are a group of players with our own equipment who prefer to
play on our own field, rather than spend enormous amounts of
money to play at commercial fields. Our group started in the
spring of 1997 with 4 people. We've grown to a group of over 20
regular players since then. Our field is several acres of woods
consisting mainly of pine trees and thick underbrush. We built
two main forts that are about 150 yards apart. We also have
several barricades placed between the two forts. One fort even
has a tree stand for a tower.
We've recently built a third fort that is between the original
two. This fort makes a good staging area for different types of
games.
Another field we use consists of a patch of small pine trees
tightly grouped together. This field allows you to get very close
to your opponents before being seen. It also means a lot of close
range hits so caution is important.
Most of us have lower priced guns as well. We like to keep the
games even so hard-core players with $1000 guns wouldn't fit in
with our group. Most of our guns cost $300 or less. We play
without referees so honesty is important.
We hope to continue growing with more players and more fields. If
